In my private sessions I offer a high level of personal care and attention. I believe in building a relationship and understanding you as an individual. I have a strong ability to tune in to how far I can take your capability on any given day.
My functional training system always starts with postural analysis and moves into learning the benefits of myofascial and stretching releases. We then move into postural and correctional strength exercises to build the body's core attributes which on turn creates deep muscle to muscle connections in preparation for dynamic functional Training.
small Group Training
A more economical and fast paced option. I only do small groups so I can offer a high level of care and attention. This is so I can keep an eye on everyone's posture through motion as not to let deficiencies creep in which may promote muscle imbalances and injury.
This consists of total body conditioning with the emphasis on postural structural integrity. Usually based in a timed circuit with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, cables, TRX, Bosu and body weight. Incorporated will be multi-plane dynamic movements with cardio and kick-boxing.
Kick-Boxing conditioning is a fantastic total body and cardio workout that gets you fit and teaches you some self defence.
With my martial arts background I deliver a high level of technique, teaching you how to maintain structural integrity whilst punching and kicking. You will also learn economy of movement; how to utilise power and speed with the least amount of energy.
self myofascial & Stretch release
Our bodies train and move better when they are supple, elastic and free. Myofascial release is a self-massage technique that Addresses the root of dysfunction by releasing tightness in isolated areas of the body breaking down hardened and scarred muscle tissue.
I teach my clients easy steps in Self Myofascial techniques. All you need is a ball saving you money you’d usually spend on a massage. Self Myofascial release can set you on a path of freedom and body openness that can change your body more than hours in the gym ever could.
There's more to health than functional training and myofascial-release. A holistic approach to health encompasses healthy eating options, meditation and a positive mindset. Doing this enables you to live and enjoy life at your optimal best and create physical sustainability. Not always easy, but I try my best.
